Welcome to Budding Explorers, our dedicated 2-year-old early years provision at Burnside Primary School!
We know that a child's earliest educational experiences set the stage for a lifetime of learning. In Budding Explorers, we provide a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where our youngest learners are encouraged to explore, play, and build their independence from the moment they join our school family.
Key Information & Core Offer
Immediate Start: We welcome children into Budding Explorers as soon as they turn two years old.
Core Offer: Our core provision runs term-time only, Monday to Friday, from 9:00am – 3:00pm.
Extended Care & Holiday Support: Need additional flexibility? Parents can book their child into our school-run Wraparound Care (from 7:30am until 6:00pm) or our Holiday Club provision for an additional fee.
From their very first day in Budding Explorers, children are guided by our school motto, be safe, be smart, be kind, ensuring they feel happy, secure, and empowered to thrive, achieve, and belong right from the start of their learning journey.
