Managing your child’s extended care should be simple. At Burnside, we use a paperless system for all bookings and payments to ensure your child’s spot is secured instantly.
We use the School Money (by Eduspot) platform for all Breakfast, After-School, and Holiday Club bookings.
Log In: Access your account via the School Money Parent Login or the mobile app.
Select 'Clubs': Navigate to the 'Clubs' or 'Bookings' tab.
Choose Your Dates: Select the specific sessions you require (e.g., Breakfast Club or 6:00 pm Pickup).
Confirm & Pay: To secure your booking, payment must be made at the time of selection.
Check Your Calendar: Once confirmed, the sessions will appear in your 'Booked' history.
The 24-Hour Rule: We staff our clubs based on booking numbers. Therefore, all sessions must be booked in advance. If you need to cancel, please do so via the app at least 24 hours before the session start time to receive a credit. Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable.
We want to help families make their childcare as affordable as possible. We accept two main types of government-supported payments:
This is the most common way to save. For every £8 you pay into your online account, the government adds £2. This essentially gives you a 20% discount on our fees.
How to use it with us: Search for our school on the TFC portal using NE23 1XZ. Once you make a payment via the portal, it usually takes 3–5 working days to reach us. Once received, we will credit your School Money account so you can book your sessions.

If your employer still operates a legacy voucher scheme (such as Computershare, Edenred, or Sodexo), we are happy to accept these.
How to use them: Please contact the school office to provide your voucher provider’s name. We will then provide you with our specific "Carer ID" to link the accounts.
Because voucher payments are not "instant," please ensure you transfer funds from your voucher/TFC account to the school at least one week before you intend to book. We cannot credit your School Money account until the funds have cleared in our bank.
