At Burnside Primary School, we are pleased to offer our own high-quality, school-run Wraparound and Holiday service, designed to support our busy working families with flexible, reliable childcare options before and after the school day.

Because our provision is run directly by our own school staff and is exclusively for pupils who attend Burnside Primary, children enjoy a seamless continuation of their school day in a familiar, safe, and nurturing environment.

We are deeply committed to ensuring all pupils have access to enriching experiences and reliable childcare. As part of our wider inclusion strategy, we fully subsidise sessions for pupils eligible for Pupil Premium:

• Term Time: Up to 2 free sessions per week (Breakfast or After-School Club)

• School Holidays: Up to 2 free full days per week during our holiday club provision

Guided by Our Values

In both our morning and evening sessions, our wraparound care reflects our core school motto: Be Safe, Be Smart, Be Kind. Knowing your child is cared for by familiar staff who know their individual needs ensures they feel happy, valued, and empowered to thrive, achieve, and belong.
