After the success of our disco in the Autumn, we will be holding another disco on Wednesday 15th February.

 

EYFS and Key Stage 1 will have their disco immediately after school until 4pm. At the end of the disco children will be escorted back to their classrooms and dismissed by staff to their adult. Children in EYFS and Key Stage 1  attending the disco, can bring in their disco clothes and their class teachers will allow them the opportunity to change before the event begins.

 

Key Stage 2 will have their disco from 4.15pm - 5.15pm. Children should come into school via the main school office entrance. At the end of the disco, children in Years 3, 4 and 5 will be escorted back to their classroom and be dismissed from their classroom. Year 6 will be dismissed from the school hall.

 

All children must be collected by an adult.  If another parent is collecting your child on your behalf, the school office must be informed in advance. If an adult other than the usual adult is collecting, the class teacher may not recognise the person. We therefore ask you to inform the school office so we can issue safe passwords and remind you to bring identification.

 

We kindly ask you to ensure you collect your children on time. If you're running late, we will ask a member of the after school club team to care for them until you arrive. You will need to collect your child from the after school club building on the school yard.  Unfortunately, there will be a charge for using the out of school club provision ( normal rates). 

 

Children booked into child care will be escorted to and from the disco by the out of school club staff. Older children in out of school club will have the opportunity to get changed into their disco clothes prior to 4.15pm.

 

The cost of the disco is £2.00 and children will be offered a hotdog ( or vegetarian alternative ) and a drink. To book your place please use the School Money APP.
