The children have voted!

Our Year 6 pupils were tasked with helping me know which 3 charities the children throughout the school would like to support this academic year.

The children put together a wonderful power point presentation which was shared by the staff with children in their classes to enable them to make an informed decision.

I am delighted to announce the results below:

Local: Daft as a Brush

Be safe - making sure patients have a safe and comfortable way to get to their appointments

Be kind - showing kindness towards patients

Be smart - identifying a need for support and giving it

National: Make a Wish

Be smart - raising awareness of critical illnesses among children

Be kind - providing once in a lifetime experiences for children who have critical illnesses

Global: Unicef

Be safe - creating safe places for children and families. Making sure they have clean water.

Be smart - Campaigning and providing education for young people.

Be kind - caring for others all across the world

We look forward to sharing with you ideas we have to raise money for these charities.
